Homemade Macarons

My current obsession - macaron making. Vanilla macaron with vanilla buttercream, and chocolate macaron with bitter chocolate ganache, both made with Pierre Hermé's recipes.


Coffee macaron with coffee buttercream (above), adapted from Pierre Hermé's recipe.


Lemon macaron with homemade lemon curd (above) with Pierre Hermé's recipe, using fresh lemon juice and lemon zest.


Pistachio macaron with white chocolate/pistachio ganache (above). I made pistachio paste for the ganache with this Pierre Hermé's recipe.
